Ms. Sherman has substantial experience negotiating and documenting diverse intellectual property agreements, including trademark and technology license agreements. Her practice encompasses matters for international corporations, small businesses and individuals in the U.S. and overseas. Ms. Sherman also works closely with corporate attorneys on due diligence and other intellectual property aspects of major transactions, and with litigation attorneys on trademark, copyright and unfair competition issues.
She previously practiced with Gallop, Johnson & Neuman from 1993-2000.
